Republican legislators are calling for a federal investigation into Maryland's use of federal dollars to build its problem-plagued health insurance exchange.
Reps. Dr. Andy Harris (R-Md.) and Jack Kingston (R-Ga.) sent a letter (PDF) to HHS' Office of the Inspector General Wednesday calling for an inquiry into how officials in Maryland spent more than $100 million in federal dollars to construct a website that remains dysfunctional more than four months after its launch.
