Minnesota attributes drop in patient harm, errors to Adverse Health Law

Deaths and patient harm from preventable errors have dropped in the past decade since Minnesota first began requiring hospitals and healthcare facilities to report them, according to the 10 Year Adverse Health Events Evaluation Report released by the Minnesota Department of Health.
