Adventist Health, the Roseville, Calif.-based system, appointed Scott Reiner as president. Reiner will succeed Robert Carmen, who plans to retire, after a transition period that ends March 31.
Reiner is currently the system's executive VP and COO, a position he has held since 2010. His previous leadership roles with the system also have included CEO of Glendale (Calif.) Adventist Medical Center, its largest hospital.
