Outliers was saddened to hear of the death Nov. 18 of Dr. Ben Bullington, 58, a family physician in White Sulpher Springs, Mont., whose sideline as a singer-songwriter we told you about in an earlier column . A song featured in that column, “Twangy Guitars” told of an uninsured farmer who drives his wife to North Dakota for cancer treatment. Sadly enough, Bullington was diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer about a year ago. … HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius got an, um, interesting offer recently to help fix HealthCare.gov from Pornhub.com. “As one of the largest adult entertainment websites and most trafficked website in general (ranked 68th by Alexa Internet rankings), Pornhub.com believes its staff of talented engineers can help prepare the Obama administration to accommodate millions of concurrent users to avoid future 'tech surges,' ” the offer read.
