Rockledge, Fla.-based not-for-profit health system Health First named Connie Bradley its chief nursing officer, effective Nov. 11.
Bradley, 48, has 25 years of experience in health services, most recently as VP of hospital operations and chief nursing officer for Columbia St. Mary's Hospital system in Milwaukee, part of Ascension Health.
“Connie's experiences during her tenure at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital will bring a fresh perspective and outlook to her new role with Health First,” Stuart Mitchell, Health First executive VP and COO, said in a news release. “She has demonstrated a constant commitment to building trusting partnerships with physicians and the community, and a desire to make positive changes in delivery of care through strategic planning and associate engagement.”
As CNO, Bradley oversees the planning, organization and delivery of effective, efficient and high-quality care across the system, working with management and clinical staff to improve performance.
