Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli is speaking out against the federal healthcare overhaul in the weekly Republican address.
The Republican Virginia gubernatorial candidate delivered the address on Saturday that coincides with President Barack Obama's weekly radio and Internet address.
In the address, Cuccinelli says Obama's healthcare law is an affront to freedoms the Founding Fathers fought for. He says its implementation has been a national embarrassment.
Cuccinelli was the first state attorney general to sue challenging the law's constitutionality — just one day after Obama signed it.
