At the 12-provider, all-female OB-GYN practice, Hardwick-Smith oversees physician contract development, staff training, protocol development and marketing, according to an MGMA news release.
Hardwick-Smith, 46, has raised money and gone on surgical missions to Sierra Leone for the West Africa Fistula Foundation. She also serves on the organization's board.
