“We have some of the most committed clinical and technical people in the industry,” Chief Operating Officer Kelly Mulligan said in a statement. And the firm makes ongoing investments in its staff to maintain the quality of the client-customer relationship.
One employee enhancement was rolled out in 2011 as part of ESD's rebranding campaign. The company's new website features an employee portal that offers its consultants online resources, updates and educational tools to help serve their clients.
