How it grew to become one of healthcare's hottest: HealthcareSource has more than quadrupled in size in five years thanks to the role it plays in recruiting highly qualified healthcare professionals to clients—a service that results in quality patient experiences and improved hospital performance.
“To be successful in a changing environment, hospitals have to be strategic about who they hire and how they develop those people,” says HealthcareSource President and CEO Peter Segall.
Segall says the company adds value for its clients through its software, development of educational services and customizable, quality support for each healthcare facility it serves, which includes about 1,200 hospitals that use its recruiting products and about 900 that use its educational applications.
