How it grew to become one of healthcare's hottest: Recruiting and managing talent is at the heart of what Intellect Resources does—not just for its clients, but also internally. Every morning, company President and CEO Tiffany Crenshaw conducts what she calls the “15-minute huddle.” She meets with the C-suite team to discuss recent challenges and successes. They then consult with the rest of the leadership team, and those managers then go out and meet with individual teams.
“One key to managing growth is really effective communication,” Crenshaw says.
