If you're a baby boomer healthcare worker in Augusta, Ga., Outliers suspects you don't like your co-workers much. At least that's the word in a new report from Payscale.com, which looked at more than 28,000 responses from the website's users. All were asked what they would change if they could alter one thing in their work environment.
While the field that ranked highest with co-worker dissatisfaction was installation, maintenance and repair (where workers were 1.48 times more likely than the national average to say they wanted new co-workers), healthcare workers tied at No. 4 with groundskeepers, at 1.4 times the national average. And healthcare support occupations came in at sixth place, at 1.29 times.
