The five-story Center for Translational Research and Education is scheduled to open in April 2016 on the university's Health Sciences Campus in Maywood, Ill.

The five-story Center for Translational Research and Education is scheduled to open in April 2016 on the university's Health Sciences Campus in Maywood, Ill.
The center will include space for laboratory and desktop research as well as a 250-seat auditorium.
The center will be used by students from Loyola University Chicago's Stritch School of Medicine, as well as principal investigators, postdoctoral trainees and physicians and nurses.
The ground-breaking was Friday.
