John Driscoll has left Castlight Health, a San Francisco-based developer of benefit-management software, and was appointed CEO of home health benefit-management company CareCentrix with headquarters in Hartford, Conn.
Driscoll previously was an executive at pharmacy benefit-management company Medco and helped launch the Surescripts e-prescribing network. He joined Castlight as president in May 2012.
