Revenue cycle and business services technology provider SSI Group, Mobile, Ala., has announced the acquisition of Claimsnet.com, Dallas, an Internet-based provider of claims processing services, SSI announced.
The subsidiary will operate as SSI Claimsnet.
Jimmy Lyons, SSI president and CEO, said in a news release that Claimsnet's “technology and expertise in payer and provider markets will greatly contribute towards SSI's goal of providing reliable, easy-to-use healthcare software and services to customers. We look forward to the new opportunities this relationship will bring.”
