Regarding “Reform Update: Obama touts ACA benefits amid GOP efforts to dismantle provisions”, whether one supports the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or not, it has to be viewed as sheer irrationality that the House would vote to repeal all or part of the ACA 38 times when there is absolutely no chance the measures will ever be enacted.

Salt Lake CityRegarding “Reform Update: Insurance exchanges in line of fire”, postponing the employer mandate under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act made a mash of the law-of-the-land argument. The ACA is not settled law, but something akin to the progressives' evolving Constitution. It's a web of yet to be defined and implemented regulations no one's particularly clear about until some bureaucrat writes the details. Hold back the funds on this one and let evolution drive it to extinction.
