Avantas, which provides labor management technology, services and strategies for the healthcare industry, has hired Ron Rheinheimer as VP.
Rheinheimer, 49, most recently served as VP of strategy and innovation for the K-12 technology group of Pearson, an education company. In his new position at Avantas, Rheinheimer's responsibilities will be centered around business development and marketing for expansion of the Omaha, Neb., company.
“With increasing consolidation in the healthcare industry, we've seen a growing need for our enterprise labor management approach, as it enables an efficient, consistent labor management strategy for organizations to coordinate care across multiple locations,” Avantas CEO Chris Fox said in a news release. “Ron's experience in managing and growing next-generation technology will be invaluable to our company as we continue to expand, and will help us ensure we continue to meet and exceed all of our clients' needs.”
