Analytics firm RemitData names new executives

RemitData, which supplies healthcare providers with comparative analytics for reimbursement, utilization and productivity data, has named two new executives—Michael Kallish and Jim Harter—to its team.

Kallish, 48, is senior VP of business development, joining RemitDATA in Tampa, Fla., on May 20. Kallish has held executive positions in management, business development, sales and sales management for healthcare IT companies, most recently leading corporate development at MPV, provider of software-as-a-service revenue-cycle management and patient access products.

Harter, 39, joined RemitDATA in Plano, Texas, on May 30 as chief technology officer. Harter, a former consultant with experience in custom development, content management systems and portal system implementations, most recently served as lead architect and director of the integration competency center at permission-based digital data collection and reporting company e-Rewards.

“Michael Kallish draws from a rich history in business strategy development, operations management, acquisitions, sales and sales management and will leverage his extensive experience in healthcare IT to help us enter new markets and form new strategic partnerships,” RemitDATA President Michael Sanderson said in a release. “Jim brings to the company substantial big data experience and enterprise system expertise that will help us enhance our state-of-the-art solutions to successfully continue leading the market.”
