PatientPoint, the provider of a mobile-enabled care coordination and patient engagement platform, has named two new executives to its Orlando, Fla., leadership team—John McAuley as COO and Eldon Richards as VP of engineering and technology services.
McAuley, 57, started his new role on June 3, bringing more than 30 years of healthcare experience in medical and information technology, most recently as senior VP of IT managed services for AllScripts. Richards, 40, a UnitedHealth Group veteran of 18 years, joined PatientPoint on March 25. He most recently served as VP of software engineering for UnitedHealth's health services platform, OptumInsight.
