Orion HealthCorp, an information technology-based medical billing and practice management vendor, has installed a new leadership team.
The company's board named Dale Brinkman as CEO and Joseph Seale as president. They succeed Terrence Bauer, who left the company June 21, according to spokeswoman. The company declined to explain his departure.
Brinkman, 61, is the founder of Western Skies Billing Service, a division of Roswell, Ga.-based Orion, and has served as its president since 1986.
Since 2010, Seale, 42, had been president of Orion-MBS, a subsidiary that handles billing for hospital-based physicians and ambulatory surgery centers and practice management for clients in Texas.
Bauer was a co-founder of Integrated Physicians Solutions, now an Orion subsidiary, and had been Orion's CEO since 2004.
