Vitera Healthcare Solutions, an electronic health-record company based in Tampa, Fla., announced a deal to acquire Birmingham, Ala.-based SuccessEHS.
The deal is pending regulatory approval, Vitera said in a news release. Terms were not disclosed. The deal, which is expected to close in July, would expand Vitera's productivity, electronic record and revenue products marketed to community health centers and office-based physicians. EHS markets electronic health and dental records; revenue cycle and practice management products and other services.
