Convergent Revenue Cycle Management, which provides revenue-cycle management and patient-access services to healthcare providers, has named John Frenzel to its newly-created position of CFO.
In this role, Frenzel's responsibilities will include providing executive financial leadership for the company's healthcare operations, including its third-party insurance follow-up, self-pay, patient access solutions, and bad debt recovery business units. Frenzel, who has been in the healthcare technology and revenue-cycle outsourcing industry since 1988, joins the Gainesville, Va.-based healthcare division from the healthcare technology outsourcing firm Conifer Health Solutions, where he was also CFO. His age was not immediately available.
