CareCloud, a Boston-based provider of cloud-based practice management, electronic health record and medical billing software and services, has named Tom Cady VP of professional services.
Cady, 50, comes to CareCloud from athenahealth, where he was most recently VP of professional services at the Watertown, Mass., company. He brings with him nearly 30 years of executive management experience in consulting and professional services, sales and client service in the healthcare industry to his new role, where he is responsible for managing CareCloud's client implementation and training teams.
