Shareable Ink, an enterprise cloud computing company that turns point-of-care clinical documentation into structured data and analytics, has named Laurie McGraw CEO and a member of its board of directors.
McGraw, 49, joins the Nashville company from Allscripts, where she was most recently chief client officer. She also served as president of strategic accounts and president of enterprise solutions during her 12 years at the Chicago-based company.
“We are very excited to have Laurie join Shareable Ink,” Tony Miller, chairman of the board, said in a news release. “Laurie has a proven track record of leading growth in the healthcare IT space and is extremely well suited to build on the company's current momentum.”
Stephen Hau, founder of Shareable Ink, also moves into a new position at the company, taking on the role of chief technology officer.
“Laurie's arrival is a huge win for our organization and validation of our founding beliefs about the industry,” Hau, 40, said in the release. “I'm thrilled to be working with Laurie to ensure customer success and continued expansion of our business.”
