Anita Doupnik has been elected president of the Florida Health Information Management Association.
Doupnik, an account executive at Precyse, a health information management technology and services company with offices in Wayne, Pa., and Alpharetta, Ga., will begin serving her three-year term at FHIMA on July 23, first as president-elect in 2013-2014, president from 2014-2015, and past-president from 2015-2016, according to a Precyse news release. As president-elect, Doupnik will oversee the association's leadership conference held in August, assist members with educational opportunities, and facilitate communication among members and the organization's nine regional associations.
