Gallacher named executive VP of global markets at TeleTech

TeleTech Holdings, an Englewood, Colo.-based consulting and information technology provider, has named Keith Gallacher its first executive VP of global markets and industries.

Gallacher joins the company from Accenture, where he was most recently partner and managing director of the consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. In his new role at TeleTech, Gallacher's responsibilities will include driving business and growth for the company's suite of customer experience products and services across industries, including those for healthcare providers, payers and the life sciences. His age was not immediately available.

Keith's proven ability to solve complex business problems and drive sustainable economic value for leading global brands will be key to our growth moving forward.”

TeleTech has made several acquisitions of other consulting and technology companies in the past year and a half, including marketing analytics company iKnowtion, Burlington, Mass.; consulting firm Guidon Performance Solutions and its healthcare subsidiary, Synovation Health Collaborative, Mesa, Ariz.; and provider of communications consulting and services Technology Solutions Group, Aurora, Ill.
