A bill banning a practice known as "telemedicine abortions," where a doctor can remotely authorize abortion-inducing drugs, breezed through the Louisiana House Wednesday. The bill would prohibit doctors from using an Internet webcam service, such as Skype, to authorize the administration of abortion drugs to a pregnant woman.
