Ohio health system ProMedica named Arturo Polizzi to the new position of COO at its largest facility, 591-bed Toledo Hospital.
Polizzi, 41, joined the Toledo-based system as associate legal counsel in 1998. He currently is ProMedica's chief human resources officer and is set to assume the new role June 17.
His responsibilities will include overseeing the Wildwood Orthopaedic & Spine Hospital and the Center for Health Services.
