Yousuf Ahmad is set to become the market president and CEO of Mercy Health, the Cincinnati division of Cincinnati-based Catholic Health Partners, effective June 15.
Ahmad, 39, will assume leadership of Mercy Health from James May, who will now dedicate all of his resources to his other role as executive VP for the parent system.
Ahmad joined Mercy Health in 2004 as CIO and has been the organization's chief transformation officer since 2011. He also is interim president of its accountable care organization and the executive leader of its heart institute.
