Modern Healthcare's third annual survey of accountable care organizations is now open for participation. This survey is intended for organizations of healthcare providers that agree to be accountable for the quality, cost and overall care of a select group of patients, enrollees, employees or population.
To participate, please download a copy of the questionnaire and have the completed form sent in by June 28. Selected results are slated to appear in the July 29 issue of Modern Healthcare.
