HighRoads, a healthcare compliance and benefits management company headquartered in Woburn, Mass., has appointed Richard Darer CFO, effective March 25.
Darer, 59, will be involved in directing Highroads' business strategy and will also be in charge of the company's finance, accounting and administrative operations.
“We are extremely pleased to have Rick join HighRoads,” Michael Byers, president and CEO, said in a release. “His extensive financial and operational leadership experience, ability to help scale companies and his knowledge of (software as a service)-based operations make him an excellent asset to our team as we rapidly grow our business in the payer market.”
Darer joins HighRoads from his role as principal at Sculpere Partners in Boston, which provides advisory services to high technology growth companies. He has been with Sculpere Partners since July 2010
