Apollo Health Street, Conshohocken, Pa., which globally outsources information technology services, was founded in 1999 as a subsidiary of Apollo Hospitals Group. Its former parent company, based in India, runs hospitals, pharmacies, clinics and health insurance companies.
“The acquisition strengthens our portfolio of payer, provider and health information technology solutions,” Dilip Vellodi, founder and CEO of Sutherland Global Services, said in a release.
