Vocera Communications, a provider of mobile communications solutions for hospitals, announced this week that Sandra Miley joined as VP of corporate marketing. Miley's role—intended to support Vocera's growth and expansion in healthcare—is a new one for the San Jose, Calif.-based company.
Miley, whose age was not immediately available, previously served as senior director of brand communications at Juniper Networks, headquartered in Sunnyvale, Calif.
“Sandra’s decades of experience in marketing are the perfect complement to our mission to deliver the best in communication solutions for our expanding customer base,” Robert Zollars, chairman and CEO of Vocera, said in a news release.
Vocera’s mobile communication solutions are installed in more than 800 hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout the world.
