Modern Healthcare's 37th annual Hospital Systems Survey is now open for participation. This year we are collecting Fiscal 2012 or most recent IRS Form 990s and Fiscal 2012 annual reports (Securities and Exchange Commission filings form 10-K).
To participate in this survey, please send the filings for every hospital or stand-alone entity within your organization and, if there is one, for the system as a whole. Because many organizations operate on different fiscal years, please send us a copy of the latest filing for every organization within your system.
Forms need to be sent in to [email protected] by March 25. At that time a brief questionnaire on healthcare industry perspectives will be sent to all participating organizations. Questionnaires are due by April 26.
Selected results from this year's survey are slated to appear in the June 24 issue of Modern Healthcare.
