Meditology Services, an Atlanta-based IT provider for the healthcare sector, has named Brian Selfridge managing director for its new Philadelphia office, according to a news release.
Selfridge, whose age wasn't provided, is the former chief information security officer for AtlantiCare, based in Galloway, N.J.
“Consulting offers the opportunity to work with a variety of organizations, and I joined Meditology because I am able to leverage my consulting and operational experience at an industry leading firm that specializes in healthcare IT,” Selfridge said in the release.
The hire coincides with Meditology's announcement that it is expanding the company's IT risk-management service offerings.
“We have expanded our services and continue to invest in leaders like Brian to assist our clients with their most pressing privacy and security challenges,” Meditology managing partner Cliff Baker said in the release.
