Black, Worland take new posts at Press Ganey

Jonathan Black has been named COO and Paul Worland has been named president of operations at Press Ganey Associates, a patient-satisfaction survey and quality-improvement consulting firm based in South Bend, Ind., the company has announced.

Black, who joined Press Ganey in 2012, previously served as CEO of Omnis Health, a mail-order channel for blood glucose supplies, since the company was founded in 2008. Worland, who has been with Press Ganey for 12 years, “will continue to establish and maintain operational procedures, effectiveness, and quality control,” according to a news release.

“Jonathan brings to Press Ganey a relentless passion for excellence and a commitment to making our business stronger and better positioned to serve our clients’ needs,” Press Ganey CEO Patrick Ryan said in the company statement. “Together, Jonathan and Paul are a special combination and our clients will benefit from their deep understanding of healthcare and ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions and services.”
