A lawsuit against the private contractor that provides medical care in Minnesota prisons alleges that a doctor employed by the company initially failed to order an ambulance when an inmate who later died went into seizures one night in 2010 and that the inmate received negligent care again after a prison nurse turned away an ambulance crew the next morning.
