Edifecs is a provider of claims processing software, services and business intelligence to major health plans, Medicaid agencies and healthcare providers. Singh says the secret to Edifecs' success has been the company's willingness to take chances.
“We take great pride in the fact that we are a contrarian company,” he says. “Just because the world is going one way doesn't mean that you have to. I always tell my employees, 'Don't hedge your bets, this isn't life or death, so take the risk.' And because of that, our customers love us.”
