MRO Corp., a King of Prussia, Pa.-provider of release-of-information software and services for healthcare organizations, has acquired the assets of Florida Medical Record Services, an Oldsmar, Fla.-based provider of similar services to clinics and hospitals. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
MRO also provides patient portal and meaningful-use services, according to a news release.
