In a video news report from the Republican National Convention, Reps. Tom Price (R-Ga.) and Michael Burgess (R-Texas), both physicians, say the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act can't stand as written, no matter who wins Congress and the White House in November. The congressmen spoke at an event titled "Can We Have a Bipartisan Conversation on Health Reform?" just outside the security perimeter of the convention in Tampa, Fla. It was hosted by the Galen Institute, a conservative health policy think tank, and held at the YG Network's Woman Up Pavilion. The pavilion's sponsors include healthcare corporations Amgen and AmerisourceBergen.
