Presented in aggregate, this analysis of supply chain issues is based on executive's opinions in response to Modern Healthcare's Survey of Executive Opinions on Supply Chain Issues conducted online from April 30 through June 29.
Modern Healthcare's Survey of Executive Opinions on Supply Chain Issues, the results of which are available here, replaced the annual Group Purchasing Organization Survey this year. Rather than surveying the GPOs themselves, Modern Healthcare surveyed healthcare executives on their supply-chain challenges and opportunities given the growing importance of managing supply costs in today's healthcare environment.
