So, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors has punted again on the question of whether to let California Pacific Medical Center spend $2.5 billion to build a new seismically safe Cathedral Hill hospital, rebuild St. Luke's Hospital in the Mission District, and do other repair and expansion work.
