Strata Decision Technology, a Chicago-based provider of financial and business analytics software tools used by healthcare providers, has tapped former Allscripts executive Dan Michelson as CEO.
Michelson, 44, most recently served as chief marketing and strategy officer at Allscripts, according to a Strata news release. He worked for the company for 12 years, the release stated.
Allscripts experienced a shake-up in April when CEO Glen Tullman announced that the service of board Chairman Philip Pead had been terminated and that CFO William Davis would leave the company in May. Three additional board members resigned at the time.
