For-profit hospital executives react to a prediction that the U.S. Supreme Court will uphold the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care. That would be good news for chains, according to a new report from Moody's Investors Service, which said a reversal or repeal of the reform law would hurt the credit ratings of investor-owned facilities.
