Texas Health Resources, Arlington, named Barclay Berdan to the new position of COO and senior executive vice president, effective April 1 and as part of a reorganization announced this month.
Berdan, 58, currently is senior executive vice president for system alignment and performance for the Texas health system. He will be responsible for three geographical zones that the system created with the reorganization, and also will oversee service lines and management of joint ventures and partnerships with organizations providing services such as wellness, home health and rehabilitation, according to a news release.
