IBM Corp. has closed on a deal to acquire the Irish data analytics software company Curam Software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
IBM closes deal to buy Curam Software

Curam Software markets software for government human services, workforce, social security and health agencies. Among its services is support for the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, including health insurance exchange enrollment and eligibility, according to the company's website. The deal was first announced earlier this month.
The deal will expand IBM's role in Ireland, according to an IBMnews release.
