Streamline Health Solutions, a document work-flow services provider, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Interpoint Partners.
Streamline to buy Interpoint Partners
Cincinnati-based Streamline Health said in a news release that it will pay a combination of cash and a convertible subordinated note totaling $5 million, plus additional cash or convertible subordinated notes payments based on financial performance. Additional financial details will be available after the deal closes, according to the release.
Interpoint is an Atlanta-based revenue-cycle management and health information technology company.
"This acquisition expands our product offering more deeply into the business intelligence and revenue-cycle performance management area, enhances the breadth and depth of technology resources we offer and expands the talent within our organization," Robert Watson, Streamline Health's president and CEO, said in the release.
