ECareSoft, Austin, Texas, announced it will acquire Expert Sistemas Computacionales, a Mexico-based producer of software used in healthcare facilities in Latin America, in a deal that is expected to close early next year.
ECareSoft to buy Mexican software producer
Privately held eCareSoft offers products for managing clinical, electronic health-record, inventory and financial management systems, and the company said in a news release that the acquisition would provide it with an in-house software factory and give the company a Latin American presence. Expert Sistemas, also a privately held company, employs 105 workers and operates offices in three cities in Mexico: Monterrey, Victoria and Mexico City, according to the release.
