Froedtert hires Olson as strategy officer
Olson, 49, served as executive vice president of Columbia St. Mary's and president of Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee, a 152-bed hospital in Mequon, Wis., until earlier this year. He is a former president and CEO of Bay Area Medical Center in Marinette, Wis.
Froedtert said in a news release that Olson is responsible for leading, directing and implementing strategies that support the system's growth objectives. He replaces Catherine Jacobson, who was promoted to president of Froedtert Health in June, according to a spokeswoman.
