Greenway Medical to buy CySolutions assets
Certain assets of CySolutions, Southlake, Texas, will be sold to Greenway for an undisclosed price, with an expected closing date of Oct. 31, according to a Greenway news release. CySolutions provides clinical management and electronic health-record system software to federally qualified health centers, according to the company's website.
The companies did not say exactly which assets would be sold, but the release noted that CySolutions CEO Bill Young will join Greeway's staff and will work on health solutions for rural and community health centers.
