Lockheed Martin Corp. has completed its acquisition of QTC Holdings, according to a Lockheed news release.
Lockheed Martin completes QTC buy
The Bethesda, Md.-based defense contractor announced last month its definitive agreement to acquire the federal government's largest provider of medical evaluation services. The medical contractor processed more than 450,000 evaluations last year, according to the release.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Lockheed Martin employs about 126,000 people worldwide and reported $45.8 million in 2010 sales from continuing operations.
